How to Purchase

You can shop 24 hours a day 365 days a year from the comfort of your own home!

Browse our catalogue by selecting from the categories on the left. If you wish to purchase an item, select the correct size & colour & click 'Add to basket'. Once you have finished shopping click on the checkout button at the top right hand side of the page. You will then be asked to enter in your name, delivery address, phone no. & email that we can contact you on if necessary. Then click continue. You can then choose to pay online or print order and send a cheque. (see below) If you click Pay online you will be redirected to the secure Protx page where you will be asked to enter your card details. You will then receive an email from Protx to confirm your payment.

We only accept British Pounds Sterling.

You can purchase from us online with a credit or debit card. We accept all major credit & debit cards. Or if you would prefer you can post us a cheque made payable to Loxley Equestrian (follow through to the checkout stage & click print order, then send this together with the cheque to Loxley Equestrian 39, Chesterfield Road, Ashford, Middlesex TW15 2NE). Please allow 4 working days for cheque to clear. Alternatively if you are having trouble with the checkout stage you can always telephone us your order & give your card details over the phone.

Once you have submitted an order, you can cancel it at any time before the items are dispatched. Simply contact us.

P&P and Delivery

- Delivery is free of charge within mainland UK for all orders over £150.00.
- Delivery is charged dependant on the weight or your order. The P&P costs start at £2.99 to £8.99 (within mainland UK). Orders will be delivered by courier and require a signature. We may occasionally find it necessary to send items by Royal Mail.
- Delivery is to the United Kingdom only.
- We will despatch your order to you within 2 working days of purchase.
- You will receive your order in 4-5 working days, although it's usually 3 days or sooner! (mainland UK).
- We will email you once your order has been despatched so you know it is on its way.
- If you have ordered a rug as well as other products you will receive your complete order in 7-10 working days.
- You choose where you would like your order delivered to, whether it be your home, work, friend or neighbours address. Make sure you put the delivery address in at the checkout stage & the card billing address in on the secure protx page.
- A courier will normally deliver your goods between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday

Out of Stock Items

If we cannot complete your order we will let you know as soon as possible either by telephone or email. We will try our best to complete the original order for you. Or we will offer a similar alternative. We will always keep you posted as to when you are likely to receive any out of stock items.

Tax

All items are VAT free.

Website Security

We use Protx to process credit card orders. Protx is a secure, bank approved system for online purchases. Look for the padlock at the bottom of the payment page.

Customer Privacy Policy

We will not disclose any customer information to any third parties.

We will only collect data on this website to fulfil and deliver your order.

We may, in the future, send out monthly newsletters to let you know about new products or special offers but before joining you to this will ask your permission. All newsletters will have instructions as to how you can opt out of it.

Returns

If you would like to return an item send it back to us within 14 days of receipt to:

with a letter to explain why you are returning the item & what you would like in return (exchange/refund). Items will only be refunded if unused & in original sales condition including all tags/packaging. Original P&P will not be refunded & returned items are at customers cost. Please ensure all goods are fully insured against loss or damage.
